I see there's an option for PARKED CALLS to Ring back to the caller after a timeout, but I don't see any option for calls on regular HOLD, or at least some sort of alert that a call has been on hold for a while. Is that an option?

Hi Belshire,
Presently, there are not any options in Zoom Phone for Calls Placed on Hold similar to the Expiration Period and Disposition for Parked Calls. A call will remain on hold indefinitely.
This is definitely a great enhancement request, in my opinion. You can submit the idea at zoom.us/feed.
I hope this helps!
Craig
