I have gone through all the videos and then some. I cannot get my zoom number to ring. It goes to the auto answer and then to voicemail. I've tried setting it to forward to my phone. I've tried turning the assistant off. No matter what I do nothing rings.

You have to log into the Zoom web portal, click on phone along the left, and then settings in the middle.

Can you send a screenshot of your call handling? Be sure to black out any personal information like actual numbers you do not want people finding.

Hold that thought. I just found that they changed my plan over to the basic one. Now I am trying to get help with that.
