Non zoom phone number to present whenever doing an outbound call

Is it possible for the zoom phones to present a different phone number that is not zoom when doing an outbound call? Thank you

Yes, it is possible to present a non-Zoom phone number when making an outbound call with Zoom Phone. This feature is known as “Select Outbound Caller ID” and it allows an extension to change their outb....

Here are the steps to enable this setting:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Navigate to Phone System Management.
3. Access the Select Outbound Caller ID setting at one of the available levels.
4. Click the toggle to enable or disable it. If disabled, the extension can only use its default outbound caller ID number.
5. Select “Allow extensions to hide outbound caller ID”. This is selected by default, and might not work in certain countries or regions.
6. Click Save.
