On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hello, I am having an issue with having my customized personal greeting to play when I miss a phone call.  I have uploaded my personal recording, I have selected what I think is all the correct settings, but it still plays the generic greeting.  What am I missing here.. this should not be so difficult to set.  Any help would be appreciated.

hi ggunwall,

Add Audio for your custom vm greeting.  You can use text to speech, upload a recording  or record by computer.

Give your greeting an Asset Name, assign a category – Voicemail greeting, and click Add to save your greeting.

Click Edit and Choose from Asset Library to replace the default greeting with your custom greeting.

Select an audio – Voicemail greeting

Once you have selected your voicemail greeting, it will be active.  You can test by playing your audio.
