Greetings. Currently, I'm only allowed to create one (1) SMS Campaign. What are options/ideas to have a second SMS Campaign? Could I create a new Business Account specific to a Department so I can have a 'second' SMS Campaign? Thoughts??

I don't think that you need to go to all that trouble if the "10DLC Brand" is the same name. Looking on the Zoom web portal at Advanced > SMS Campaigns it says to contact Zoom Support to request more campaigns.

Hey @FORE-Craig - thanks for the reply. I did contact Zoom Support for more campaigns. Per their response:
"As of this time, we only support one SMS campaign for each account. Hopefully, we can accommodate this request in the future."

That's odd. I wonder why they would have put that in the pop-up help text.
Can you make your campaign generically multi-purpose?

Ideally, we'd like one Campaign dedicated to our Recruiting Team. However, we'll see if we can be creative with a multi-purpose campaign.
