On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration

We just finished installing the Zoom integration for Dynamics 365.

 

It looks to have a lot of features we like! But some we don't.  Is there any way to change some of the settings within the integration?

 

For example, our phones ring to multiple people at the same time.  While ringing to those people, it redirects everyone's Dynamics 365 to the contact page of the person calling, even if they don't answer the call.  That interrupts anyone who didn't answer the call. Could we change a setting so it doesn't redirect anyone's Dynamic webpage?
