following this documentation we can use the jabra headset button to answser a call or mute but it will not support to hangup "

I would really like to understand this as well.
The lack of basic call functionality on a headset is huge shortcoming of Zoom Phone.
My call center staff are pretty pissed about it.

agreed this is a bizarre and frustrating omission especially when they keep adding all sorts of bells and whistles which are way outside of the core product. Hope they consider implementing this - I've had so many times I've thought that i hung up only to realize 5 minutes after leaving a voice main that it never hung up because I used the button on the headset.

i am using windows zoom workplace client 6.4.0 and jabra headset. as far as i can see, everything works for zoom phone and zoom meetings.
please check your jabra firmware and zoom workplace client audio settings.
i have a jabra evolve2 30se headset with firmware version 1.11.0 which works fine to answer and hang up zoom phone calls and to end zoom meetings.
i have audio settings to synch buttons on headset enabled.
