Issue with Call Transferring

We have been with Zoom for about 3 years... That being said - this issue just started for one of our Executive Assistants. 

 

She attempts to transfer a call to our managing director and Zoom is saying "transfer successful" but the call doesn't go through to the recipient. I checked all of her settings and she is authorized to transfer calls and he wasn't in a meeting so the settings for DND weren't applicable. Has anyone else experienced this with a user? Any setting suggestions? I haven't changed anything in our system that would cause this. Their apps are both up to date as well.

Do the call logs in the Zoom web portal show anything interesting?

I only see that the call was cancelled on his side, but he's saying that he didn't ever receive the call. His assistant also said she didn't hear his phone ring in his office either.

I would attempt to duplicate the issue in case is related to them being in a Zoom meeting, having DnD on, etc....
