Our users have brought to our attention the inconsistency between the Zoom Phone Mobile App and Zoom Phone Windows client. In the mobile app when answering a call you swipe right to left (left to right to reject) and when you answer a call in the windows client you swap left to right to answer (right to left to reject). This has caused some users who use both devices regularly to mistakenly reject calls and vice verse. Consistency one way or the other for both apps may be an improvement.

Agreed. Having the layout the same across all applications would be ideal.
In the Zoom Workplace mobile app, Accept is on the right side.
In Zoom Workplace for Windows, Accept is on the left side.
It looks like other providers, like Vonage and RingCentral, have the accept/answer on the right for both.
