Hello!
Our calls are coming as "Wireless Caller" and no number. Is there a change that we need to make?
Or is this intentional? How do we see the number before answering the call?
Thank you,

Hi NathanLao.
Common to all scenarios: caller's name and number
All inbound call notifications display the caller's name and number. The name and number will vary based on if the caller is internal or external:
Scenario | What's displayed in the inbound call notification |
External caller |
|
Internal Zoom Phone user in the same account or External Zoom Phone that been added to contacts |
|
External Zoom Phone user |
Note: If the phone number is in a synced contact, the synced contact's name will override the caller's caller ID name or Zoom profile name.
Sometimes callers suppress their caller ID number. If this happens, Zoom may only know that the call came from a wireless carrier. If you want to block calls without a caller ID number, you can do so.
