I want Holiday List Template.

We have multiple holiday patterns, and we can't use the site's default settings, so we set up holiday lists one by one for users and shared line groups.
It would be helpful if a template could be created and applied.

If you have all users, SLG's, AR's, and CQ's following the same holiday schedule? You might want to consider setting the schedule via the site settings instead. 

Default holiday hours & force majeure events

Set the default holiday hours & force majeure events for all users, Zoom Rooms, common areas, auto receptionists, call queues and shared line groups for the site.
