What is the best strategy to provide up to date emergency service information for an individual who has two desk phones. One desk phone is in the office and another desk phone is used nomadically as he switches from location to location. For example, one week, he might be on a construction site in Louisville, KY and the next week he might be at a construction site in Chicago, IL. Knowing the network details (public IP, private IP/subnet, etc.) is difficult and cumbersome to keep up to date. When using the Zoom Workplace app, the individual is prompted for a new location, but that doesn't seem to affect the physical desk phone.
Let me know if there is a good strategy for handling this type of situation.
Many thanks!

I suspect your office device is being tracked via Nomadic e911. As far as the secondary device that is moving from construction site to construction site. If those networks are not part of your Nomadic discovery process? You might want to have the user treat those construction sites no different then a personal location (coffee shops, remote home, etc). Makes it easier for the user to login and assign a personal address to the device as he/she moves from construction site to construction site. That's my take on it.

How does a user login and assign a personal address to a physical desk phone? I can see how it works with the desktop client, but not sure how to do that with a physical desk phone.

When you activate a Zoom user with Zoom phone, they can login to the Zoom portal to manage their video and phone settings. They don't require any additional roles to manage those settings nor do they require phone system management access. Within their phone settings and if they have a desk phone assigned to them, they will see that device listed and under that device, it will show locations. From there they can manage their personal locations as they move from site to site.

Looks like you don't have personal locations enabled at the site settings. Go into Company Info, click on site, emergency services and under nomadic 911, enable personal locations. If the site doesn't have Nomadic e911 enabled? They the user can manage the address via their default emergency address within their Zoom phone account. This is manual tracking, if they move from site to site, they need to update the default emergency address every time.
