Headset doesn't work with zoom

My bluetooth headset isn't working with zoom. It works with Microsoft Teams and Google meets, just not zoom. This is since the latest update. My settings all seem to be correct. Please advise

Shellydynepic, I'm having the same issue. My Bluetooth headset works for other things but not Zoom recently. It has distorted audio only with Zoom as of the last month.

Check your device
Check if the microphone, speakers, or headphones are plugged in and not muted. Unplug the device, then plug it back in. If it's a bluetooth device, ensure that it is turned on and connected properly. Make sure that you are using a supported USB device for Zoom

I've had this problem for SOOOOO long. I have FOUR headsets because zoom "fails to detect microphone." I wish zoom would correct this problem. I'm going to cancel my subscription.
