Having trouble understanding how to setup phone system

I have purchased the phone unlimited system, but everytime I go into my account it just says that I have basic.
I am unable to make calls, or see the phone option in the web app, I am able to call the number and have set up the voicemail, but I am unable to access any voice mails.
Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

you should assign your zoom phone unlimited to yourself.
