FEATURE REQUEST - Heads up display for receptionist user

Needing a screen for a receptionist-type user to be able to see most of their zoom phone users on one screen and be able to drag and drop calls, etc.  Being able to customize this list would be even better (HR Department, Finance Department, IT Department, etc.)  Starred contacts, and navigating to Contacts > Company Contacts just isn't a good, fast enough, or customizable option for these type of users.   

We are seeing this HUD or Attendant Console feature on most other phone systems.

Have you tried power pack? Kinda seems like something that fits your need.

Power Pack does not do a very good job of providing this functionality.   Max of 7 speed dials, and all you see is someone's picture unless you hover over.  I'm thinking more along the lines of something viewable inside the client for systems with many users.  Something that would replicate the behavior of a side car or DSS module.
