Is there a way or is it on the roadmap to customize call reports to exclude calls less than 5 seconds, so they are excluded from abandon call reports?
Would also like a recoverable abandon call report. Abandoned calls greater than 5 seconds that presented a caller ID.

Thank you but this does not address time perimeters for abandoned calls. a 1 or 2 second abandoned call counts as abandoned.
