I have a State-mandated requirement that users be able to exit an "On Hold" state at any time but I can't find a reference to that anywhere. Did I miss it or does it not exist?

Do you mean callers or callees or both?
And does this apply to internal or external calls or both?
Is this for call queues/Auto-attendants, or all extensions getting called?
And I assume hanging up isn't considered a valid way of exiting "On Hold"?
All that being said, I don't know of a way for someone on hold to exit the hold but perhaps one of the Zoom employees on this forum knows something.

The scenario being an outside caller is put on hold, gets tired of waiting, and wants to leave a voice mail.

We are wanting to do the same. Our old phone system supported this. Zoom professional services did say this was not currently supported. Has anyone put in a feature request for this?
