On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

How do I get the details of the monthly charges on my invoice?  I'm wondering why it's going up each month.  The invoice does not show.  I can't find an article to help.   It's a loop of the same articles that don't answer the question.  The Chat did not help.   Can't I email someone or speak to someone live?  I need an answer sooner than later.

For phone detail, please refer to your telephony report.  Go to zoom portal->admin->Account Management->Reports->Usage Reports->Phone System->Charge at the top of the page.

 

For invoice detail, go to zoom portal->admin->account management->billing->invoice history->print->charge details.
