I have a business account with a monthly charge that allows me to receive Phone Chat support. I have been working with the chatbot in the past and have been able to chat with a live person. Lately, I have spent 30 mins trying to reach an agent without success. What I need to do can not be done using email. I need a step-by-step process that starts when one presses the Chat Button in the lower right-hand corner and then lists of questions and answers that will lead me to a live agent.

i do not think chatbot is what you are looking for. i think Live chat support is what you are looking for.
please goto support.zoom.com->contact support->signin to your account
once you signin, you should see Your Plan. since you have a business/business plus or enterprise account, your options include Live Chat Support and Live Phone Support as well as other options such as Submit web tickets.

I've had a similar issue. I have a Zoom Workplace Pro account but when I login it says I only have the basic plan?? I'm trying to contact support but it won't let me access live chat??
