Zoom Meeting not being recorded in the cloud and not logged in Hubspot

Hi everyone,

 

For some reason we have one colleague that doesn't have their meeting automatically recorded in the cloud and then logged into Hubspot.

 

We all have the same company setting so no

Hi @felixLMR 

I am assuming that hubspot is making the meetings so i suggest you look at their settings first.
You can force recordings of a user meetings.
In the user's account, look at their settings and within that the recording options, then choose what you need.
Here is a screenshot to help
