Help needed...

We have just started using Zoom phone and have it integrated with Hubspot for video meetings however, when someone calls us the contact information isn't displayed. 

Is there a way to integrate the 2 so you know who's calling?

Surely I don't have to manually download my contacts as csv files and upload it do I?

I have thought about Zapier too. Has anyone done this?
