Can a Web User call my Zoom Phone via the Web?

I'm running a Radio Talkback Program using Zoom Phone.


I'd like to make it so that I can send a web link to anyone - or have a shortcut on a web page, that allows a web user to simply click and have it call my Zoom Phone via the web - having installed no apps.

Possible?
