All of the sudden our blind transfers from desk phone's are failing. We press Transfer, Transfer Call, Select User and when their phone starts ringing, select Transfer. It then shows a red "Transfer Failed"
I just discovered that I can keep pressing transfer 2-3 times after the transfer failed notice and then it will go through.

So odd that this was affecting all users but a reboot of the phone seemed to bring the B Transfer button back.

Talking with the user that reported this and she said there use to be a B. Transfer button but that is no longer an option. Now when you press transfer, you find the user you want to transfer to, press call and then when their phone starts ringing, press transfer again.
