Account is inactive

My zoom phone (desktop app) says yuor account is inactive, contact the admin.  It is a new account , not working even on mobile phone. Set up was done by support. I contacted to support for couple of times and i still have the same problem , even support cant help me to solve this problem. Any1 can hel ?

check to see if you received an activation email from zoom.  if so, there are instructions on how to activate your account.  please also see zoom support article:
