Hi there. This has happened in the past, and reinstlling the app helped, but not this time. I am unable to start or attend a meeting from my the zoom app on my pc. I can attend from the web, but even then, after it connects I have a spinning circle for minutes before my video turns on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Please help. thanks so much!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble starting meetings. Can you tell me if this is happening on another computer with the same network? What about on a different network?
