zoom network unstable when i unmute myself

Dear Zoom Support,

I am currently using Zoom Version 6.2.11 on my Mac device and experiencing an issue where, after joining a meeting, everything works well until I mute myself. However, when I unmute, the connection becomes unstable and I lose connectivity.

I have checked the network and tested on different networks, but the issue persists. Teams works fine with the same network.

Is this a known issue, or could you assist me in resolving it?

Thank you for your help.
