Unstable connection and unable to share screen when using Zoom in Safari 18.3.1 on macOS 15.3.2

I use Zoom (via a link) in Safari 18.3.1 on macOS 15.3.2, but always encounter issues:
- The connection is always unstable.
- The video freezes, and the audio lags and stutters.
- When I try to share my screen, Zoom shows the Zoom tab instead of the tab that I have selected (if I have selected to share a window) or the entire screen (if I have selected to share the entire screen).
Notes:
- These issues are unique to Zoom and do not affect Meet or Teams.
- Turning off wifi and switching to a phone hotspot helps somewhat, making me wonder if Zoom somehow changes the settings based on the connection. But again, I have no issues with Meet or Teams on wifi, so the issues are unique to Zoom.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
