video best quality ?

I can download videos in various quality such as 240, 360, 480, 720. (I'm not sure if that is frames per second or what but certainly the bigger number is better, especially on a big screen) (also bigger file size of course). For Zoom video sharing, which quality video is it best to use?
My wi-fi at home is good, ftth, but not all of my Zoom colleagues have good quality broadband. Some use a smart phone to connect.  Also. what if others are showing videos, what should they do? Bear these factors in mind:
(a)  the presenter's (host's) broadband may not be good

&/or
(b) some of recipients' broadband may not be great

PS I am using a 5-year-old desktop PC with windows 10

Thank you

Hi @RicardoVerdi

I'm guessing you are wanting to share the video in a meeting, rather than in chat. If that's the case, the maximum video resolution you can share is 1080p, but 720p also works well enough for most cases. Beyond that, it's hard to provide a good suggestion based on other's broadband speeds, so I'd stick with 720p at most. You can find out more about sharing a video in a meeting or webinar

If you are referring to sharing a video via Zoom Chat, then there are no resolution limits.

Hope that helps!
