hi @Fabé ,

Zoom defaults with tools to stop background noise and music is seen as such.

To allow people to hear music you have a number of options.

1. If you want music to come through your microphone, then click on the microphone and choose audio settings. if you scroll down and look at the audio profile, you can choose the option of Original sound for musicians, and music will not be then blocked.
2. You can also share your audio from the screen share options and click the advanced options to then share your computer sounds.

All the best

Hello! I’d be happy to help. It sounds like you’re having trouble sharing music during your Zoom sessions. Here are a few steps to ensure your participants can hear the music:

  1. Use Share Screen:

    • When you’re in a Zoom meeting, click on the “Share Screen” button at the bottom.
    • Select the window or application that has the music playing.
  2. Share Computer Sound:

    • Make sure to check the box that says “Share sound” before you click on “Share.” This allows participants to hear the audio from your computer.
  3. Adjust Volume:

    • Ensure the music volume is at a good level on your computer, and remind participants to check their own volume settings as well.
  4. Use High-Quality Audio Settings:

    • Go to Zoom settings > Audio > Advanced and enable “Show in-meeting option to ‘Enable Original Sound’”. This helps maintain audio quality.
  5. Test Before Sessions:

    • It’s a good idea to do a quick test with a friend or colleague to make sure everything is working properly before your training session.

If you still encounter issues, let me know, and we can troubleshoot further!
