Hello @pranavpagare

I apologize but I am not sure what you are asking at this point that has not been addressed. If you are wanting the controls to be hidden you can do so in the more options on the share screen bar. If you want to move the bar you should be able to drag it to any position you'd like, including off screen if you have multiple monitors. I do not know what you mean by enabling 'it to slide up'.

Thank you,
Jake

Hello   @pranavpagare

To address these issues:

  • To remove the meeting controls, and the participants talking so that you only see your shared content, in the shared screen options click 'more', and then click on the options to 'hide video panel' as well as 'hide floating meeting controls'.

  • To see how to address the black/grey boxes see the solution provided here: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/Black-rectangles-appear-when-sharing-screen/m-p/206838/h...
  • The only way to remove the annotate symbol at the bottom of the screen is to disable this setting on the web. You can find it in your settings. If you want to utilize this, then I would recommend clicking the 'more' option within the share options where you can disable annotation for others, meaning it won't show on their screens to utilize, but it will still show in your shared screen content.

I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Thank you,

Jake

The meetings controls bar at the top the screen doesn’t auto slide up and is full present,

I done with it saying your sharing screen part but whole bar still says, is there a setting which enables it to slide up ?

Hi @jdott16  Apologize on how I should’ve mentioned it but I found what the problem was and actually not a problem with the settings was on in the meeting controls. I just turned it off and it’s all good now thank you
