Hi @jdott16
with zoom update while I share screen I see participants view tiles floating, I usually keep zoom in desktop 2 and work with desktop 1,
the participants tiles of which participant is talking is highlighted and i dont see a option to disable the view,
I just want to remove it and see nothing on my screen.
We keep our cameras off**
Problem 2:
While screen sharing even when the zoom meetings controls are in desktop 2 and working with desktop 1,
the other users see black/grey boxes ? how to fix that ?
Problem 3:
Annotate symbol at left bottom of screen, I don't want to see that as well ?
Your Help is Appreciated @jdott16

Hello @pranavpagare
I apologize but I am not sure what you are asking at this point that has not been addressed. If you are wanting the controls to be hidden you can do so in the more options on the share screen bar. If you want to move the bar you should be able to drag it to any position you'd like, including off screen if you have multiple monitors. I do not know what you mean by enabling 'it to slide up'.
Thank you,
Jake

The meetings controls bar at the top the screen doesn’t auto slide up and is full present,
I done with it saying your sharing screen part but whole bar still says, is there a setting which enables it to slide up ?

Hi @jdott16 Apologize on how I should’ve mentioned it but I found what the problem was and actually not a problem with the settings was on in the meeting controls. I just turned it off and it’s all good now thank you
