getting a double set of viewers and screen glitching when I share

This started with the latest update.   When I screenshare either an individual item or my desktop, the views show up twice and the screen randomly glitches.   Have tried deleting zoom and re-loading.  Same issue.

Hi @susanapr1956, thank you for posting for the first time, and welcome to the Zoom Community!

Can you please provide us with the type of device you're on as well as the Zoom version number?

Please also follow these steps and retest:

  1. Update Graphics Drivers: Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can often cause screen glitches. Make sure you have the latest graphics drivers installed for your computer. You can usually find these updates on the website of your graphics card manufacturer (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Intel).

  2. Adjust Zoom Settings: Sometimes, Zoom settings can affect screen sharing. Try these settings adjustments:

    • Open Zoom and click on your profile picture.
    • Go to "Settings."
    • In the "Share Screen" section, uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available."

Keep me updated!
