How can I ensure that registrants are not sharing the zoom link with outside attendees? Can a unique link be provided to registrants?

Hi,
You could make use of Zoom's feature to require registration for webinars. Also, configuring Zoom to prohibit participation by more than one device using the same email address might be effective in restricting access.
