Zoom not working. Keeps saying "Virtual background is still loading" w/ black screen

I keep  getting this image when I try to start Zoom Workplace. Just started to have this happen.

Post does not allow an image to put here?

@Greta-C Can you please check whether the correct camera is selected.

For example, one scenario in which this can happen is, when your laptop is connected to a docking station, the laptop is closed, and the camera of the laptop is selected instead of the web camera connected to the docking station.
