Zoom meetings scheduled through 6/2026 the last meeting on the "Upcoming Meetings" list is 11/3/24

I don't understand why our meetings are not showing and I am unable to contact support because it says I need a pro account. We have a pro account. Our meetings cannot end on 11/3/2024. We are paid through 3/2025. 

 

Please advise.

we are having the same issue we have a legal meeting not showing anywhere ??? no one has responded very distressing

Hello @OlneyHomebodies 

Can you kindly check if you scheduled a meeting with more than 60 recurrences, if you need more than that you would need to set up a recurring meeting with No Fixed Time option. You can read more on this article

For Pro accounts, you can submit a ticket for support on the web portal, please make sure that you are logged in to your Zoom Pro account.

In the meetings tab look at the very bottom of the window and you will see a link that says "Recurring (XX)" (where XX is the number of recurring meetings).
