Zoom meetings scheduled through 6/2026 the last meeting on the "Upcoming Meetings" list is 11/3/24

I don't understand why our meetings are not showing and I am unable to contact support because it says I need a pro account. We have a pro account. Our meetings cannot end on 11/3/2024. We are paid through 3/2025. Please advise.
