Zoom crashes on startup

When I try to start zoom, a white box appears (presumably a broken version of the main menu) then the "Zoom unexpectedly quit" screen shows up.
Zoom was working normally for me until this weekend.
I have tried using CleanZoom to remove zoom completely and reinstall it to no avail.

I'm using an Acer aspire A515-54 series laptop.
My laptop is up to date on windows updates and driver updates
I don't have Powertoys installed
I was messing around with OBS the week before though...

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Hi,
Could you try installing the 32-bit version of Zoom instead of the 64-bit version and see if it helps

Experiencing this on several enterprise devices running windows 11 23h2  , zoom 6.4.2 ?  Crashing upon loading and need a fix ASAP
