Zoom caption translation does not work even as a host

I have zoom pro with caption translation add-on. It works when I create a meeting and host it. However, it does not show up if someone else creates meeting and then assign host permissions to me in the meeting. Now I am the host of the meeting but the translation doesn’t show up. Do you have a solution for this?

Hello,

When someone else is the person who scheduled the meeting you are limited to the add ons that their licence has, not what applies to your own account.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

Hi Frank, I have the translated captions add on license, but can't get the translation feature to work at all.  I have added the language pairs etc but when I'm in a call, the option to add translated captions does not appear in the Captions caret?    Any suggestions most appreciated
