Hi everyone! Our network speeds are up to par per Zoom's recommendations, yet our users constantly find themselves freezing (At the same time) when on Zoom meetings in our office, as well as calls dropping or freezing far too often when on Zoom phone. We've noticed there are few to no network issues elsewhere (browsers, other internet programs, other video platforms) but Zoom claims it is still our local network's issue. Does anyone else experience this? Something that SEEMS like a network issue, but you've performed all troubleshooting, whitelisted all IPs, even upgraded network speeds, tried "hard-wire" ethernet cables...and still getting dropped calls and frozen meeting simultaneously when other coworkers are on the same meetings, or in your individual calls and meetings?
