We have a recording which is giving errors and we need support.  We currently have 23 Zoom Business users and 7 Rooms but chat and phone support says we don't qualify?

There is no possible way to get to anyone I can find without an actual support license.  They have a hard wall if you don't pay enough.

ebroadd, if reaching chat/phone support remains difficult, here's a tip: When you contact Zoom again, mention your account details (number of users and rooms) clearly. This might help them identify any potential issues with your plan or access level.
