WHY is saying account does not have access to live chat support.

my previous H.P laptop opened and joined ZOOM meetings off the bat easy.  Why an i being denie - Nothing happens when i click big Yellow meeting button?

Also now got  "HELP" note - Unfortunately, your account does not have access to live chat support.  BUT i have joned in fine before on oLder  H.P. laptop..?!!

So has anyone gotten an answer about this from Zoom? I too have always been able to access live support and am suddenly getting this message (and of course, can't get past the robotic interface).

I am having the same problem. I have a paid account. Not sure why I wouldn't be able to access live support.
