My Video stopped working the last two weeks, have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, updated all drivers (which were already up-to-date) and all I get is a black screen for myself. Everything else is working just fine...only started 2 weeks ago...!!

Hi Cameron1 - welcome to the Zoom Community. You can try to test your video camera with this guide.
Here are additional support articles that you can also try:
If all else fails, then I would recommend that you create a tech support case through this link so one of our tech engineers can further assist and investigate what's causing the issue with your video camera.

Have tried all of the above several times, and have reported to Zoom as well. No response, no fix. What else can I do!!!!

I have an older external Logitech combination camera and microphone plugged into a USB port and has worked perfectly since my transition to Windows 11. However, suddenly zoom does not recognize the camera OR the microphone and thus I am unable to use zoom. It is possible(?) that Dell driver update caused this, but the bottom line is that Zoom is useless to me. I have tried everything,,, NOTHING works, and I get NO support from Zoom. If they want to keep their paying customers, SOMEONE needs to fix this IMMEDIATELY, or I am going to cancel my subscription and I assume others will also. My speakers at least work fine with the Zoom speaker test. My audio speakers AND video works fine with other applications.
