Video conferencing does not start after starting meetsig in windows 11 desktop app for PC

Videoconferencing does not start after starting meetsig on windows 11 PC desktop app.
Also, when I press settings, the settings screen does not open.
Here is what we have tried
Clean uninstallation of zoom
Initialize the PC.
I used the same PC and logged in with a different Windows account and was able to use zoom.
I am considering the possibility that the problem is in the C drive or lower, but what should I do?

Can you try to login your Profile via browser. Near the bottom of the page, you can find "Where you're logged in". Logout the device caused the problem and try again.
