Hi All,
We're having an issue where users are clicking on the provided link and they are being redirected to a completely different session. The session they are being redirected to has nothing to do with them at all. So far it has happened (seemingly) random.
Not sure how to capture this or track to give evidence to the issue.
Thank you all in advance

I had the same issue on 12 January. A newly set up zoom link was sending participants to an older zoom room that had an entirely different link, name, date etc. I would love to know how to solve this as it caused major issues for a call with over 200 participants and really interrupted our event. We have 2 more events coming up and our trust in Zoom is quite shaken.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi everyone,
I had the same issue on 12 January where an event of over 200 participants were sent to an older, unrelated zoom link. The link they were given was correct, and for our new event, but they were sent to an old event they had nothing to do with. We have two more events coming up and out trust in Zoom is quite shaken. What can we do to avoid this happening again? Thanks for your help!
