Hi,

I need assistance. We want to request for a vanity URL. I looked for tutorials and articles online but it wasn't much of a help. I can't find the section for vanity URL in our Account Profile.

 

I can only see the following sections: Basic Information, Account Support Information, Registration Pages, Communication Content Storage Location, Transit Data, Link Accounts to an organization.

 

Hope someone can help.

You would get a vanity URL thru a Hosting Service,(GoDaddy, etc) rather than thru Zoom and then put up a website and then promote your zoom functions on the website. That is a VERY basic outline of how it is done.

Hi! Thank you for your response. Zoom has this tutorial wherein the vanity url can be customized within their platform. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dedAaaroafQ Is it not working anymore or is it just a problem that I'm uniquely encountering?

This list the process in full as well, as the prerequisites. which includes a domain you already own and how to modify that domain name to insert into the vanity URL setting in Zoom,

Hi @altustechit 

Do you meet the requirements to request a vanity URL? Your account must be a Business, Education, Enterprise, or API account to have this option in your Account Profile page.
