It's been almost a month that all of the blue the audio stopped working when I was in a meeting. I can't listen to anyone or any other sound when I'm the host. I thought the problem could be with my device so I changed the earphones, but nothing happened. Apparently the program can recognize my mic but i don't hear any sound (even when I try the "test" on settings".
I deleted and downloaded the app again, but it didn't fix the problem. I sent a message to the support, but nobody answered me and I'm still paying for this without being able to use it.

Need to know the specific hardware and software being used.
If you are trying to use a bluetooth device that is most likely your issue. As an audio engineer I can tell you that Bluetooth is not a standardized technology (contrary to popular belief). Try using a USB device or an analog device.
I know the following device works with PCs and Apple device and works as a USB or an analog device.

How about fixing Zoom so it isn't so flaky?? Same problem intermittently. Makes no sense at all. 1 hour call this morning and last night no problem. Now no one can hear me even though my microphone works. Surely Zoom makes enough money now to provide some support.
