Zoom recording is not in the cloud even though it was recorded

On 10/02/2025 in the evening, a zoom was performed, I can't find it in any way.
I made a recording for a Zoom meeting, I can't find it in the cloud or on my computer. I tried following the instructions and still haven't solved the problem.
