Unable to download shared documents from the chat

I hosted and recorded a meeting last night. The audio visual recorded and downloaded just fine, the chat also downloaded. There were 10 documents shared with participants in the chat, those are showing in my Zoom Workspace above my recording but when I try and download them I receive "Download Failed" error message. I cannot even open the documents to view them. In the past, items that have been shared via chat have come over with the chat download, these did not. I am really needing these documents, any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I also reported this as a problem.

I am having a similar issue as well. When in the meetings chat and other members post a PDF, I cannot download it. I can not now add background images. It appears someone locked the update. I change the [BG] and update them on different meetings types. I can not remove old or add new or add new to the library?

I have looked into user setting for options and nothing. Some please advise and this is important for my work style and teaching.
