Hi there, is there a way to see during or after a Zoom Meeting how many of the meeting participants chose to make use of the language interpretation feature? This would be very helpful in order to know if this service is actually beeing used by the meeting participants or not. Thanks for your help!

Are there any updates on this?

Raisnig this again. Any updates on this? We often don't have people fill out our post-event survey on interpretation, so are looking to track the number of people who actually join and use the interpretation service.

would like to get an update too, we run multilingual meetings on zoom daily but have no data on language usage...

I have not come across any changes. I continue to use a multilingual survey form at the end of the meeting.

@J-Zoom-ATL  - thanks again for advocating on behalf of the user community - and for your answer to the question from @Jan9019 .

As of today (January 10, 2024) is the answer still NO?

Running a survey or poll is an option, but a superior solution is sought by many of us.

Best regards,

Daniel

Would love to have this feature.  We are paying interpreters but no idea of how many people are taking advantage of this offer.   Would love to be able to look in real time during the event to see how many are on each channel -- or to have reporting.  Please make this feature available.

It is even hard to process that Zoom has not implemented this functionality, I'm definitely not glad to see other people having the same situation.

When we run events and our Ckients require the stats, we usually run a poll at the end of the session for the users to comment on the INterpretation. That is the only way to collect objective data. NOTE however, you need to use the right language for the poll otherwise it will be ignored by the people who require translation.

This is a great idea. We have been providing post feedback surveys asking if folks used the interpretation channel, but we received few responses. I would love to see tracking of the interpretation channel usage, or even as a host being able to see who is using which channels. If we are paying for an interpretation service, we want to know people are using it and the impact it has!

Agree! My organization uses this feature quite a bit and would love to be able to gather some metrics on this.
