Hi, I have been given scheduling privileges for a user after a meeting had been scheduled.  Am i able to now go and edit this meeting and add this user?

When you are assigned scheduling privileges, that does allow you to see their scheduled meetings and edit them as needed.

Not sure what you mean by adding that user. Adding them to what?
