How do I file an official report of inappropriate behavior to Zoom for today's meeting , when my meeting list did not include today's recurring meeting (last meeting was listed as April of 2023)? Also, I cannot receive live technical support based on the type of account I own.

Hi @BetsyW

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

You can report a participant for a past meeting or webinar that you hosted, if enabled by an account owner or admin.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Meetings or Webinars.
  3. Click the Previous or Previous Webinars tab.
  4. Hover over a meeting or webinar, then click Report to Zoom.
  5. If your meeting or webinar consisted of several sessions, click Report this Session next to a session.
  6. Click the drop-down menu to select participants to report, then click Report.
Note: You won't see this option if your meeting or webinar only had 1 other participant.
  7. Select the reason for reporting this participant.
  8. (Optional) Enter any comments to provide more information.
  9. (Optional) Click Choose File to add screenshots or photos showing the problem.
  10. Click Submit.
